Alaska Training and Technical
Assistance Center
ATTAC provides training and technical assistance related to drinking water
for small, rural communities.
Office of Water Programs
The Office of Water Programs at the California State University, Sacramento
(CSUS) College of Engineering and Computer Science provides distance learning
courses for persons interested in the operation and maintenance of drinking
water and wastewater facilities.
Midwest Technology Assistance
Centers
The Midwest Technology Assistance Center for Small Public Water Systems
(MTAC) cooperates closely with other regional technology assistance centers
established by the USEPA, and with other partner agencies and organizations
in order to ensure efficient response to the highest priority needs of small
public water systems and Indian Tribal systems in the Midwest.
Technical Assistance Center
for Water Quality
The mission of the Technical Assistance Center for Water Quality at Western
Kentucky University is to assist small public water systems in meeting the
requirements and goals of the Safe Drinking Water Act passed by the U.S.
Congress.
Montana Water
Center
The Montana Water Center is producing multimedia training tools for small
public water system operations, technical assistance providers and professionals
as a part of it's function as the oldest of eight EPA Technical Assistance
Centers.
New England Water Treatment
Technology Assistance Center
The NEWTTAC, located on the campus of the University of New Hampshire in
Durham, specializes in multidisciplinary research and development and in
piloting, verifying, and making available innovative, water treatment technologies.
Small Public Water System
Technology Assistance Center
Located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, the mission of the SPWSTAC includes
training for small public water system operators and the trainers who instruct
them. The technical assistance centers also serve as a source of information
related to the performance and operational needs of small public water systems.
Southeastern
Regional Small Public Water System Technology Assistance Center
Provides technical and instructional support to Southeastern small public
water systems about alternatives in complying with increased technical,
monitoring, and reporting requirements mandated by the Safe Drinking Water
Act.
West Virginia Environmental Training
Center
The WVETC provides training and technical assistance to wastewater and water
professionals statewide.

Association
The major function of the Association is to assist and educate our membership
in matters related to the wastewater industry by sponsoring classes throughout
the state and by helping our members in all areas of the operations of their
facilities.
